The self-service launderette is very well equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities

Promenade

Take a stroll around the deck to work up an appetite; or play deck quoits or shuffleboard.
The Promenade runs around the Lounge Deck. For the energetic this is the perfect place to have a brisk walk in the morning, but for others it’s ideal for a pleasant stroll as Balmoral steams into the sunset.

Reception

The stylishly designed reception is the place to find out all the information you need to know whilst on board Balmoral.
The reception is the heart of Balmoral. Here our dedicated receptionists are on hand to help with any enquiries; whether it’s changing currency or helping with your holiday arrangements.

Medical Centre

There are 2 qualified doctors on board every cruise.
You can relax and enjoy your holiday, reassured that any ailments you may have can be assessed by our medical staff.
